1. About AffiYug

AffiYug provides white-label digital platforms (mobile apps and websites) to individuals and businesses who wish to run affiliate marketing operations. We are a technology partner, not a financial services provider.

2. Service Use

Clients use our software solutions under their own brand name. We do not monitor, manage, or interfere with how clients promote affiliate products.

3. No Financial Role

AffiYug does not participate in loan, insurance, investment, credit card, or banking services. We never collect or process customer applications for such services.

4. Client Obligations

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws, affiliate network terms, and ethical marketing practices. If a client, or a user on their platform, engages in any kind of fraud, false referrals, identity theft, or financial misconduct — the responsibility lies entirely with the client. AffiYug does not monitor or approve user data or referral activities carried out via client platforms.

5. Limitation of Liability

AffiYug will not be held responsible for:

• Any false or fraudulent account creation,
• Misuse of referral programs or user data,
• Legal disputes between clients and their users or third parties,
• Regulatory violations caused by client behavior.

AffiYug strictly functions as a platform provider and is not involved in any financial, transactional, or contractual relationships between clients and their users.
